Arguably the coolest bit. Having the App looking out for you in the background for what's going on or who's nearby without you having to do anything allows you to "see
through walls", increase your awareness of the surroundings and increase your chances for cool encounters. Define your selected parameters for the App to look around and we'll do the rest.

Now you know who's nearby, how about we tell you a bit more about them, show you a picture, a bio, what social networks they're using, groups you have in common.
Don't forget to check out "profyle.com/Username" and create an awesome profile for yourself...
Chat
It would be sad if the experience stopped there once you've located a friend or someone new you'd like to interact with, we make it as simple as it gets.
You can start communicating through chat or groups and add to your Profyle contact list straight away for future conversations or occasions where you're sharing a location, could be a shopping mall, a wine tasting or a concert!
Connect
While we're at it we thought it would be relevant to allow you to check out the buzz happening around you on your favorite social networks.
Sign in to them from the App and we'll notify you when a friend of yours has done a check in the coffee shop next door or has geo-tagged a cool picture nearby.
No Check In
No check in required. Everything happens in the background. You can still click on the Discovery button and run a scan of your surroundings or search the perimeter for specific keywords but mostly you won't have to do much more than check out when we tell you someone has entered your radar and just decide what you want to do next... Smooth, simple and fun.
Privacy Control
Like you we take this one seriously. You're always in control as to whom you want the App to locate for you, as to how far away from you the App should be looking around to expand your awareness and as to who is allowed to message or add you. It's all up to you and changing from one mode to another is done in a heartbeat whenever you decide.
It could be only with your friends within 500m if you're only interested to know what's going on in the street among people you know... Could be only with new people within 2km if you feel like meeting new people where you are (before meeting offline always make sure you know the person well enough to be comfortable) or just about anybody in a 5km radius if you're in a browsing mode for new experiences.
